What would happen of me?
Will I live?
Or will I die?
Well, if I died,
I'll be dead of course.
But will I still live
In your heart?
Will I be remembered
With passion and pain?
Or will I be forgotten
To fade into oblivion?
Memories remain,
I know that well.
But that's no solace
To me, you know.
I don't just want
To stay in you,
If my dead weight
Pulls you down.
I would rather
Be forgotten,
Like an animal
Long gone into extinction.
Keep me alive inside you,
But only till
I make you grow
With whispers of "Bravo!"
